The absence of fat in this product means that it lacks the beneficial nutrients found in healthy fats, such as omega-3 fatty acids, which are essential for our overall well-being, Hulsey adds.
Although it appears that Walden Farms may not make this product anymore, you can still find it in some grocery stores around the country. So if you are thinking of opting for this particular mayonnaise next time you see it at the store, just be aware of its not-so-great qualities.
